Sunday morning C.O.N.N.E.C.T. classes are on break for the summer. Look for the kick-off of new classes and the return of our morning coffee fellowship in early September.

As a body we’re memorizing PSALM 1 together this summer. If you didn’t get a bookmark with the passage typed out last week, pick one up from the visitors’ table downstairs. Also each week there are devotions available that relate to that week’s verse individually (also available downstairs). So find a partner who will listen to you recite your verses, and at the end of the summer there will be prizes for those high school age & younger who have finished the entire passage.

MISSION CONFERENCE IN MONADNOCK REGION. From July 25-27, 2008 Interserve will host their 20^th Annual Northeast Summer Mission Conference at the Toah Nipi Retreat Center in Rindge, NH. This year's theme is Glorifying God Vocationally: At Home and Abroad. The main session and workshop speakers have years of experience in cross- cultural missions in Nepal, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Bangladesh, the Netherlands, China and Afghanistan. Workshop sessions will include: Understanding Tibetan Culture, Third Culture Kids, Gender Roles in Cross Cultural Contexts, Serving as Senders and practical sessions on how you can get involved in overseas service. This conference is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about cross-cultural missions. Come when you can, leave when you must.
